In 2024, our Property Management reported 145 Tenants in 52 Buildings with approximately 418,286sf of managed properties.  Our agent associates completed a minimum of 112 transactions in 2024 with a transaction volume of nearly $25M.  This activity regularly gives us up to date transaction data that allows us to keep our clients investments current with rent and cost of living increases.
