Previous relationship with tenant leads to long term lease

Restaurant: Abilene Two Pizza Inn, Inc.

Parties: Moe’s Store #6283
Goal: List to sell or lease the property to get cash flow for the owners and cover their bank loans.
Obstacles overcome: Customers think there may be a problem with a property when the store closes. The Pizza Inn was a viable operation, it just wasn’t fulfilling or exceeding the operators expectations.
Final result: Due to the prime location of the property, and previous relationship with the prospective tenant, we were able to contract a long term lease.
